Iam writing this message on be half of my friend in Bahrain who applied for South African Visa on 5th May 2014 to participate the upcoming Marathon. The passport was delivered to the Embassy by DHL on 6th May. Unfortunately not received back until today (25th May 2014). Despite many calls made to the embassy, it is annoying that no one takes responsibility of tracing the passport. and the owner of the passport is much worried now. can any one suggest us to reach the right person in the embassy to check the real story?

I have phone my own embassy 6 times today to get some information about a few things. Twice a Arabic man answered and just put down the phone in my ear. What can I do to speak to someone there. Please let me know ASAP .

I am a South African citizen in Riyadh with my husband and 2 children. We wish to travel to SA in August, we were told that fingerprints are required for the exit visa. How do I go about doing this and does my children have to get them done as well(11 and 14 years)
