I am from Antigua and I am on vacation in Namibia. I would like to go to South Africa to check out some universities. The problem is the high commission here is telling me that I cannot attain a visa from the high commission located in Namibia.I would need to attain it from my the mission nearest to where i reside (Antigua). Since Trinidad is nearest, I hoping to gain some information. I am in Namibia at the moment until the end of August.
