All the permits of december have been cleared by the embassy in april only might be that third party agency did not submit your application in Decmember

I have applied for a study permit and Embassy will call you not the agency as your phone no will be mentioned on the application
Congratulation sunny.. Did you applied your ICT directly or through some agency. As i have applied thorough my company visa cell and they forward my application to some third party agency and i think agency would take care of all the Bank draft and all.

I am reading and commenting this blog since 1st week of march and tracking the same from my company VISA cell.. But there was no ICT issued since December 2013.

I have received my work permit 1 week back. I had applied on 3rd week of Jan. Thank God ...:-)
Pls do check with embassy as no dec applicants are pending (unless your is for general work permit)or applications has been held/ rejected for any reason
all my friends who were dec applicants have recd their visa within april itself

which visa have you applied for ? the embassy said that all sorts of december visas are done.
