do you have any numbers that work?…what are your working hours?…it is past 9am and all lines listed go unanswered,secondly your visa counsellors are very rude , keep giving people wrong information, or is this a gimmick to delay the process

I just called at 11h00 on a Monday morning and get an answering machine telling me what the work hours are. How do you service your nationals and people interested in South Africa with such a poor work ethic.

Daniel Maina, How much is the Repatriation fee?
It is exteremely difficult for invited delegates from Kenya to obtain visa to travel to South Africa due to the tight requirements which also disregard invitation letters, full sponsorship that covers both air ticket to and fro Nairobi, accommodation , reimbursements even after documents are provided at the offices .
Worse still, the application forms are not clear. Kindly improvise.
Thanks for making visa application for South Africa easy and smooth. I however have one complaint. I downloaded the application form from the website which I filled and submitted to the embassy. I was informed that it was the wrong one and that I should complete the one available at the reception. For that reason, i was turned away to come the following day.
Kindly upload the right format application form or give instructions that people should only fill the ones at the reception.
