I have in a difficult situation where my son has been denied visa for South Afirica as mother consent was not submitted. The shocking thing is she is travelling with him too. The only thing is her passport bears her last name before marriage. I agree this would term her not his mother and me as single parent but shdnt this be informed to us when submitting visa application and it was clear that the son is traveling with mother. Also shdnt it be mentioned on track application status so that it would have been presented. Now I lose 2 lacs and cannot take my 7 year old son with me.

My ICT application was rejected on the following basis:
'Failure to provide relationship between Indian and SA company'
Where can I write to within 10 days of this notice?
Also, how long do I have to wait after submitting the above documents?
Respected Sushma ji wont have much say on South African visas as each consulate reserves their own rights. If we have to do anything we have to do it with them ( consulate ) only. Why I suggested phone calls and emails is because eventually they will get fed up. I know rude answers but lets just be little more consistent in calling and emailing. Let them answer rude or ignore emails but if volume increases surely they will have to amend their service.
