Hi Sir/ Madam,
I had invited my parents to South Africa in Dec 2013. They applied the for the visa in November 2013 (in Mumbai) and till date haven't received the visa. The tracker in VSF site shows status reason as - SENT FOR VERIFICATION TO NEW DELHI. Its been more than a month that the status is same. What can be the possible reasons for the delay?

I applied for a visa of my brother who is DEAF and Dumb. I am a SOUTH AFRICAN citizen . For last three month we didn't receive any reply and when I phone to enquire the phone line is either busy or no one answer and if I get answer the person is so RUDE I cant believe it . Her name is MISTRY . Even once I was at your office and she was horrible . Can you please do something about it . And my brothers visa please
Above mentioned person is gonna apply visitor's visa by the embassy to enter South Africa.This is all to bluff the Embassy as once he gets the visa he will not go back to his native as he wants to work in Capetown.
This person has been here thrice and now wanting to settle here.My duty as a South African was to inform the Embassy.Rest is in your hands.He will be applying soon anytime so watch for him.And further he will bring his family at a later stage once he settles here.

Dear sir,madam
I won't to know something about verification is it possible you get verification of my son & after month later i apply visa for my perents on same documents and you don't get verification.
I'm a South African citizen, I recently got married in India. I made an application for the above mentioned. I personally was at the Consulate and was not even allowed to enter the premises, the security was abrupt and rude I did not receive any adequate service; purely disappointed at the manner in which a South African is treated in his own Consulate! There was no way of attaining Information and to trace token numbers provided by the consulate is an impossible task as there is only one telephone line which is constantly busy. My wife was suppose to receive her passport and the TRP but has yet not received any response. I'm DISGUSTED by the service being a South African I did not expect such terrible service.

We would appreciate if you can expedite the visa for our Director who wishes to travel on 24dec. We were told 5 days and applied on Tuesday 17Dec, but delayed as they needed photos w/out spectacles. email sent to Consulate for request. Also we are planning to promote tourism in SA, and in talks with SAT here in Bombay,and agents in SA. Request you to look into the matter and assist in any way. Appreciate Sincerely.

Our nephew's fully paid travel plans to south africa got cancelled suddenly and the whole package has been passed on to my husband and me. We rushed to apply for visa on 12th without wasting any time but came to know that it requires 5 working days while I need visa earlier as the itinerary begins so..pls help and guide us in order to leave as per itinerary as no cancellation is allowed in the package and the best part of the itinerary is in the first 2 days.
