Need an update on critical skills visa (Work permit)

Can someone tell me the meaning of the Visa status as- Pending verification. I applied for Critical Skill visa on 20th Oct,2015 and today I got to know that my visa status is pending verification and it might take a month time. I have SAQA document and IITPSA cleared few months ago. What could be the reason behind this. All my documents are genuine.

1- SAQA Certification
2- IITPSA Registration
3- IITPSA ID Card Copy
4- Demand Draft for Rs. 9080 /-
5- Medical Letter ( Indian Medical Practitioner)
6- Radiology Report
7- Offer Letter ( If any)
8- 3 Supporting letters from SA Company ( if any)
9- Original Passport / Attested copy as well
10- 2 photographs.
Size: 35mm x 45mm
White back ground
80% face cover
Visa fee: 9080 INR
