Hello Ganesh,

Even I was there on 10th Oct at 10 AM, by 10 30 AM I had discussion with the South African Executive.. But He had stuck with his decision, saying any applicant who is already employed in there Home Country, won't be getting the CSV approved itseems. But the immigration consultant from whom I was processing, he said that can't be the reason, coz his other clients has already got visa approved even though dey were employed in there home country.

Even though he accepted the appeal form and the written representation letter, but he told initially itself, appeal would be unsuccessful.

Hello Ganesh,

U were right... Happiness was there for a while..Consulate had asked me my current employer offer letter. So final outcome of visa came as 'Refused'.
Reason: Applicant currently employed in 'xyz' India.

So on 10th Oct 2016 I had gone and visited the SA consulate, Mumbai to appeal for the review of my decision.

Unfortunately the African Executive told me that, If the applicant is already employed in the home country and applying for the CSV, it would be Refused, Which I wasn't aware at all.
So all my time, money efforts are all gone for a toss.. :(

Ref no is bagl/190916/0001/01 i did apply my South Africa study visa on sep19th but I did my get it till i need to go there befor oct 25 ! When submitted my docs they told me it will take only 20 days now that 20 days over so could you plese inform why should it's taking more time ? I hoping it will get before my departure date
