Effectiveness & Effeciency & Batho pele
We as swazi citizens highly appreciate your services but i personally think you should improve in the service delivery bacause you work with people & also work for the people! Public servants OR diplomats (as you call your selves) are expected to be kind, patient, tollerent, helpful to us.. & that is not happening in that office. we need a smile PLEASE! Futher more, i would suggest that you add consultants. sitting on those que chairs is no joke! i mean lets face it, we are all busy like you are, have work to do & places to go to..so we need speed in that office.

Thank you. Proudly Swati
