Hi am confused my 2 year old baby's passport expires on 15 September 2017 that is before the visa expires on 06 October 2017,is it an issue at the border gate if the passport has expired before the visa??

I would like to enquire the matter I do hear by word of mouth from some Rwandans that my father had been hospitalised in CARAES while he was not ill.And this might be politically motivated by some politicians.I am challenging the diagnosis of such people since I suspect that one of political party might be needing their funds or mine for the August 2017 Presidential elections.
The matter must be discussed in the above court if the information is correct.
PS:I am representing my father in this matter and he must be released.
