I had been robbed my bakkie in Lesotho last yr Feb while I was visited my relatives in Berea and I found my bakkie damaged in Butha-buthe police and they failed to explain me about how the found my bakkie since, what they done to me is total unacceptable as human being. They accused me by doing their testimony and took me in front of court accusing me with attempted murder case and they all ways intermitting me and threating me so I have to be fear to attend their case that they opened for me. That bakkie is financial vehicle and its contract expired on 2017. This case is on Colonel of south Africa there please I need law help coz my life is ruining every day as the bread winer on my family.

I am doin work in lesotho, came over the border no problems. Paid for the goods that i brougt over. Declared all my tools. Now i almost got arrested today for a work permit that they said at the border i didn't need. Do i need one? How do i sort this out?
i am a mosotho who wants to study in Republic of South Africa so i was told to bring along the study permit,which procedures do i have to take to find one?
