During the final exam I was told that I am not going to get my matric Certificate because I had no number to register with .now I want to know what is needed for me to get that permit and how much does the permit costs? Hey . I'm an Lesotho citizen and I want to attend for tertiary education in South Africa. Medical aid it's a serious problem because it's very expensive and studying in RSA involves extra cost of living and education fee's . I had a medical aid for two years and I didn't use it. This permit should be made it cheaper and easy to apply for it. I will also want to find out the procedures to apply for study permit.
I would like to study at South Africa, i need a study permit buh my parents dont have medical. What can i do, what should bring?
