Please advise me on how to handle constant harassment by traffic police (khaki/grey) uniform). Im told that you are not allowed a phone call while in the presence of a police officer. They "arrest" my "lisence drive" and I do not get it back unless I pay 2,000mets. No paperwork, nameplate or id. Please help!

I’d like to enquiry about arrival visit visa at South Africa JNB airport. I am a Resident of Mozambique by holding a Residential status Visa/card but my passport is Country Myanmar as I am a citizen of Myanmar.
My question is – 1) Do I still need to apply visit visa in advance before landing to SA JNB airport? 2) Do I still need to apply Transit visa so as to go back Singapore/Myanmar ( I am a Permanent resident of Singapore too )?

What can we as SA ciczens do regarding bribery by police in Mozambique. I today had a courier company bringing a parcel to me from SA.All duties was paid at the border and after the Moamba toll gate on the left there is a group of officers stading under the tree. The guys was stopped and threatened with arrest or pay a bribe. they asked for 1000Mzn in Mcell vouchers. I had to buy and sms him the codes. A few Km further he was stopped again same story. He gave them 200 only and as he was about to leave the "boss" arrived and he wanted 300 more for himself. This is utterly disgracefull. we all work for a salary so do they. What do we do.
I had lived in SA for more then 16 year i had a problem of an id and also studied at SA and matrcualated(completed my grade 12) but i had a problem of an id.so some social worker give some ideas that i should go to Maputo 2 fix the document.so i need 2 know what can i do next? HAD A ACCIDENT IN MOZAMBIQUE WHICH RESULTED IN A DEATH OF A HUMAN WHEN I HIT WIT MY SUV NISSAN WHEN HE WAS STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON THE HIGH WAY AT NIGHT THE SOUTH AFRICAN EMBASSY SAID THEY CANT HELP AS IT WAS UP TO THE LAW THEY ONLY DEAL WITH POLITICAL ISSUES
We often visit Mozambique and love the country ,however find corrupt police verry troublesome.They will find any imagenative transgression to give you a spot fine and refuse to issue official fie documents.Is it possible to obtain an official list of traffic violations with the maximum spotfine for the transgression
in order to stem this tide of corruption?
