Getting a south african visa is almost impossible.

Have been trying to call the embassy for some weeks now and no one picks up.Please inform me on how i can obtain a visa to south Africa?my uncle has already sent the letter and i need to know if there is any other necessary document needed?my email adress is hazelkondowe@yahoo.com.

Need Clarification Info
I need a clarification, I have one Son and Daughter who are studying in South Africa Johannesburg and I am renting a house in the complex 118 The Kennedy Mercury Rd, Germiston.

My kinds/wife from Angola want to go there sometimes in December 2013 for holiday and visit them and return to Angola in the middle of January 2014, my concern is that do I need to get South African Citizen to submit a call letter for them or my family (SON/Daughter) or myself can do it. I know that I will have to provide a written statement for them as they are traveling with their mother. I supposed to go with them unfortunately I will be working during this period.

A I'm real disappointed about with the south african enbassy in angola .in november I sent the invitation letter with water bill and they calld him for more than 3 interview but up to today febrary 2013 no responce yet

I went to the south african embassey in luanda at 10am only to have my drivers license certificate of authenticity signed and stamped, i went to reception and there was an employee who is the person responsible of signing the certificate who asked me where did i get the licence, i replied what i dont understand the question if the licence is a south african license it means i got it in south africa and he did not like my response which to me is a valid response, and he should have frased his question differently, aparently he wanted to know which area in south africa i got the license from and because he frased wronglly his question out of grudge he decided to make me wait for 3 hours while he attended a meeting asnd after the meeting he did not had the decency to sign the certificate and told the reception lady to tell me that he was only signing on tuesday... this only reflects the bad work that the south african embassy is doing in luanda and the lack of professionalism of the employees.
