emails are unanswered, phone calls do not go through. almost out of time to get temp visa paperwork back--sent in the end of December. Very frustrating! i realize the people doing this are probably very busy, but to leave people totally in the dark when your day of departure is quickly approaching is very stressful! there has to be a better way to handle this!
sent e-mails and left two messages on a voice mail that says it is the accounting office at the South African Consulate, but there is no other phone number to be found. Help?
In many forums you would find people talking about the delays that have been happening in issuing permits and visas. There are one or two people handling the entire process.clerks never bother to be supportive. This is going to be bad in the long run. Officals please finish your job
If you are at the other end of the phone, please leave a message that encourages callers to wait longer to be served. You are giving the embassy a very poor reputation: people think that there is no-one there and that you are a bunch of slackers!!!!!
Unable to make contact either by phone or e-mail with the Consulate, Los Angeles. Are you still in business?
It seems I am not the only one having difficulty getting to reach a human being at the consulate. There must be something wrong! Can you PLEASE fix it?!
Hi my name is Tigist , before one month I sent my phone passport to stump visa, but I didn't get the information please i want to know my information and I was wso,.so.
It has become very difficult and frustrating to reach personnel in South African Consulate in Los Angeles. The phone just keeps on ringing without even being directed to the voicemail. Is the staff working on temporal basis or what ? What is the right channel of communication with this office? I do not think the response will be any better with regular mail.
