Dear sir,my fiancee is an african citizen here in m'sia with a student visa as well as a valid passport.he is currently employed at a well known hotel and holds a supervisory post. his company has prepared all the documents needed to process his working permit here in malaysia. however his visa has expired one month ago. he has gone to putrajaya to seek assistance but he was told nothing positive.
pls could you advise us as to the options available for him.
