But something must be done and investigate/warrant the reasons for why he had been also used his details in Clare Estate Crematorium.Someone(Deceased) possessed his Smart card Id maybe and forge........

From April 2014 South African High Commission in Kigali decided to stop giving visas to Rwandan citizens for further notes and now am writing 9th August 2017 the issue has not been handled.
My question is if the embassy closes to the citizens for not being able to reach their country without any reason mentioned wouldn't that be considered as political misunderstanding to both sides?why would the citizens become the victims?
If you believe the matter was as serious as to spend more than 3 decade years, why would there not be at least a pending notes of process to ensure people that there is still hope?
Don't get me wrong but i personally love SA and visited the country once and loved to keep on wishing to visit whenever i could.We are africa and we will always be.same blood same color. Love and Respect

There had been a consideration of a further charge of terror among delegates for observation about Rwandan Presidential elections 2017 due the fact that according to my information I got,Bishop Mary Nkosi had one mission to assassinate Mr President Paul Kagame any time during the process of elections.So,Bishop Mrs Mary Nkosi is a source of danger in Rwanda and terror is the main point in my case against her with other delegates she traveled with or may work with while in Rwanda.
I do discourage the use of fake travel documents and identity documents also by any officials in any government in future.
The Rwandan army must watch them carefully to avoid any sudden catastrophe in Rwanda.
PS:Bishop Mary Nkosi is a Swazi of origin as I believe.Further investigations are required.
