I am requesting a protection order to be filed against General Major Jean-Bosco Kazura who is it seems acting or Commander of the Kacyiru Gendarmerie.This is due to the fact that after asking one matter to be processed in any court in Kigali,I discovered that he became unhappy even though it was caused by his attitudes of being informed about matters from me or my family as they are residing in the same commune:Kacyiru.
Many facts arising from my suspicion are as follows:
1.Investigation about his citizenship
2.investigation about his competence
3.Investigation about his career/workforce and interference with client`s /complainants cases /matters.
4.Investigation about his relationship with my family/father/myself in needing to have our names distributed or enter our privacy about our financial issues.
I recall about such personality in Butare some years ago when I was still at the faculty as a student,the atmosphere become worse and I am sure that the atmosphere has become the same since he is a commander of the Kacyiru Gendarmerie.
He might have even assaulted my father!
PS:I am proposing the change of the commander in Kacyiru Gendarmerie.

PS:I have just heard that he(Kazura) might be related to the Murangwa family or the wife to Mr Karemangingo,but for me it does not signify anything.They are unrelated to us those Murangwa.

This had been found that since some years ago,many sex workers(male/female) had been using my names in completing their forms upon the first registration in different clinics in South Africa while I am not involved in such sex scam.
But at the time of their consultation or collection of medicines,most will be informed about the procedure of how to fill in those forms.So,my names must not be involved in their sex workers issues.Most of them are HIV/AIDS infected.
I have requested the Department of Health to close such clinics due to frequent cases of forgeries.

There had been an information concerning Mr Tony Leon being caught disposing eggs of crocodiles under a bridge near Nyabugogo ,on Nyabarongo River.There had never been such creatures since the foundation of Rwanda and this rivr originates from my commune of origin in Gitarama,Southern Province.But ,unfortunately it crosses other provinces and mountains in a way that crocodiles can`t attain my commune.Most of times crocodiles do follow the stream of the river only.
Mr Tony Leon is a terrorist and such behaviour must be discussed also in South Africa or the parliament.Such act is considered as a terror due to the fact that a disposition under the bridge means he thought about placing a device as a bomb or a detonator maybe but.....
It is a shame for a South African to have been caught doing such an act of rangor.
For now,I know what had been a plan for some and a source of many racketeerings using my names.It had been not my fault or one from my family members.Do not blame my family,they are not politicians.But I do blame Tony Leon and those who appointed him as an Ambassador are knowing the one with no respect to Rwandans-Tony Leon..
Mr Tony Leon reacted as a crocodile himself.
