URGENT NOTICE!
To all/Interpol Rwanda/Rwandan Patriotic Front/Electoral commission-Rwanda/Government of Rwanda
I would like to notify a fact that there will be rigged elections if Mr Frank Habineza stands for the opposition in Rwanda since I do suspect him as being of Hutu of Origin.Hutu of origin are not well identified and do use our mother tongue:Kinyarwanda as theirs also while they must furnish proof as opponent(There must be a different person with a different language like the RPF ruling political party in Rwanda candidate:President Paul Kagame.
Sorry for inconvenience,identification can rig elections soon on August 4 2017.
I am proposing a new reidentification of all Hutu of origin before/after August 3,4 2017 in specifying their own language or mother tongue.
Such candidates have the opportunity to clarify this fact as described above.

As refers above,we do not recommend any more the use of green bar-coded identity documents in South Africa due to many cases of fraud and forgery.
The National Department of Home Affairs/portfolio committee must be informed.
A refugee smart identity document is needed now.
