I need a report and evidence from Kampala,and this must be forwarded to Kigali for further processes till prosecutions of Mr james Kabarebe(former general in the Rwandan army).
The fraud and forgery occured in one of refugee camps in Uganda,then he had been inserted mistakenly or purposedly in the camp of Rwandans.This does not allow him to be maintained as a Rwandan of origin since he got an identity document in Rwanda again ,but the history remains known as a forged Identity document.he is a citizen of Burundi.
