i am a pakistan woman of 30. i was married to Mr. Sohail patras, a pakistani, holding the nationalality of south africa, on 31st of January 2009. he stayed in pakistan only for a month and then left. his family lives in rawalpindi(House #22, sector#2, street#2, near Civic centre, airport society). during my pregency, i had very high blood pressure, due to which myself and the baby's life was in danger. i went to my parent's house who looked after me and bore the expenses. i gave bith to a son on 3rd October, 2009. since then nither he nor his family were concerned about me. whenever i phoned him, he abused me and asked me to return to his family and to be at their beck and call and never to expect that he would call me to live with him in south africa. since a few months he threaten to remarry which i never took seriously. now last month, he phoned me that he has married and has nothing to do with me and the son. i have no job and he has never bothered to help both me and his son with a single rupee. i request your excellency to get justice to me. since both of us belong to roman catholic faith, his second marriage is not valid. he has never given me his address butused to tell me that he lived at The Castle doing some kind of bussiness in mobiles. but i have his mobile number (0022776325880) i belong to a low middle class family and my father cannot bear legal expeneses to gain justice. for love of God and justice, get justice for me and my son who does not know what is a father and what is fatherly love though his father is alive.

Dear Team,
Please confirm if a person having South African permanent residence since 2004 and comes back to Pakistan in 2006 along with non-South African ID book and PR ,now if he wants to go back to south Africa and wants to apply for citizenship there and get settled there then what is the course of action or legal way/guide for him/her.
Furthermore he also verified his ID/Maritial status online on www.dha.gov.za .
Please explain and guide the procedure in detail for which I shall be very grateful to you. Your urgent efficient and comprehensive response will be highly appreciated.
