if any 1 lagel apply for citinzenship homeaffair has to give but they is no short cut but agent make short cut to get citenzenship thats why when they apply for spouse visa they dnt get it ;;; its by law sa citenzen can have spouse visa why embassy rejectig why why why any 1 who have sa citenzenship dnt sue embassy becouse they know then cant becouse there papper maid with agent and homeaffair will find out then they will have problam if any 1 who have sa citizenship and its lagel wont have any problam but yes homeaffair is back log also wich make work slow but slowly but surely will get the pappers
you have no infomation abt anything and you are jumping read my words one by one or make sure some 1 can read for you ,, ;; embassy recieve pappers from people for all the visa perpous only and they can give or denay visa only concern abt spouse visa its all its in home affair hand they investgate and in south africa thay gather information abt compleat papper work if its clear then they refer to embassy in islamabad pakistan all spouse visa read my word again spouse visa only been issue when homeaffair clear and refer to ismamabad to gave visa for spouse thats why its take long time ;; i am not againest any1 i dnt support any1 and they dnt support me i am sure you understand now other wise you need to ask some1 who can read for you and explain

So mr baig tel me who gv citizen or residence to people? Is not homeafair? Here you are talking in fevr of SA govt or high commission its mean homeafair giving paperz witout knowing anythng? Does it make any sense? It is mean that homeafair is responsible of all this mess and people should open case againt homeaffair? I read all your comments here seems you are the person who just hate people who come in SA and have SA citizen, obvious there is law that u can have SA paperz,did u blame once department of home affairs? Why not ? No man homeaffair is responsible department and it make sure everythng step by step then they give paperz,
visa for spouse and even normal visa gone hard becouse of frouds peoples doing in south africa for getting sa pappers citizenship residence people getting married with locel woman for pappers and leaving them and makeing kids with them and and after that they wana bring wife from overseas or from there owne conterys ,you cant not blame embassy department of south africa and goverment makeing strica laws '''and parliment of south africa also forceing to tough laws
