Sister you are talking on behalf of high commission because you are south african embassy I know, how can you meet staff there while nobody have accses to go inside embassy ? All people apply visa via TCS,and from november last year this problem start but this matter now highlights on high level now and yes its true that staff in embassy include paki ladies very rude we know they don't issue visa but the way those ladies speak very rude and nobody have personal problems and how can someone have ? So please be realistic and stop talking like this,
I am a South African and I think most people phone the embassy to enquire about the visa before going on the website and reading information about how to acquire visas for S.A....I would also be disgusted if people just phone to find out about the information they can access online,so please re-frain your comments about the receptionist at the Islamabad embassy,she is a nice lady and I have met most of the staff there.. the only thing she can do is to help you halfway with regards to your questions,not to give you a visa or process your applications. Go to the website,read the information you need then later phone the embassy to confirm,and also stop phoning for stupid questions...some people have own personal problems and want to run to S.A and now they can't get a visa,how is that the receptionist problem???
Read before you write and don't ask questions that are there on the website.

I have apply for spousal visa.my case was jenvn..it has been refused 3 time,but finaly i got it.at fourth time.
