I think it all depends on the day.When I went to submit at VFS BYO,we were only 3 people of which one was applying for student visa.
The security guard was friendly,not sure about harare vfs.But they can be a problem if there is too many pple and pressure.

Hi folks. We can now book app for an appointment online vfs Zimbabwe. Vfs offices are in Borrowdale.Just go online and search vfs Zimbabwe all info is there on how to apply and all docs required for which type of visa.you can download forms ther also.
please help whats meant by "original"
• Original covering letter signed by the applicant (should clearly mention the purpose of visit)

Check your applications online from 4 pm onwards
@TEE that very true, they process one appeal per month. Thats their target.
Hi @ TEE. We were actually given our passports back but I suppose u are right.will just have to start all over
