Before that passport was lost ,did you cross with it and get a ban ?
An overstay need to be "cleared/removed" ,if not ,you might have an issue.
lost passport 2 years ago in SA (overstayed) got a new passport now want to apply for CSV will i get a positive outcome or i have do smthng first

Has anyone used the VFS $10 service for passport courier.
When I applied at Bulawayo last time they told me they didnt have the service.
Please let me know.
It's most probably out , I applied 26 Sep got outcome 29 March, go and check physically ,
As the embassy web sites don't post the opening hours and the embassy doesn't answer the phone , does anyone have this information please. Are they closed on a monday?
I also applied in February. I called VFS just now and the guy said they still receiving December applications and I should check again in 3-4 weeks time.

Does anyone know its possible to extend a 1-year CSV by another year if you don't manage to get a job to do the full extension?

My passport was endorsed on 17/8/16 coz I had overstayed by 4days & the endorsement expired on 17/8/17. Upon endorsement, I appealed as the overstay was beyond my control. My appeal was never responded to. I visited the embassy in Hre & was given another email address to fwd my appeal which I did & again no response. I missed my daughter's graduation coz of this. Today I (28/5/18) I visited the embassy to get this issue regularised & the security guy tells me I have to wait until I get a response or alternatively call a lady by the name Hilda. For how long shall I wait? It's almost a year since the endorsement expired.
Applied in Feb for a CSV;any news on these?
Anyone who knows how i can withdraw my passport from vfs? Its very very urgent
