With a study visa you are entitled to WORK part time, that is 20 hours per week. You can negotiate/advise your employer accordingly.
A degree will then open doors for CSV/GWP depending on your qualification
I was refused entry into South Africa and my passport was withheld without any paper being issued .The official said my previous passport which had expired had a ZAR 3000 fine for overstay in 2012 .So how do l got about this whole issue should l visit the embassy to pay or will l pay and get ban though the fined was imposed before the ban rule came .
@Dosky Mufudhu Unfortunately a study permit does't allow one to conduct work in RSA and seems it's not allowed to posses two types of permits (you can dig deeper on this, I am not sure).
Good day,
