Just to Know why the reception phone is never picked up?
I have a very bad souvenir with the reception and the fist or the number one personel of the ambassy in bujumbura. I have submit my passport for more than 3moth with any solution.
I come from Burundi but i am in kenya to organise a series of regional meeting.I cannot come in Bujumbura but i need a visa to go for a workshop in South africa in june 23. Can you help me get my visa here in Kenya. Can you suggest me how i can have obtain the visa. Thank you. you can contact me at

The Embassy Staff dealing with Visas applications are rude and incompetent. They don't know what are the requirments and people spend days and days looking for the outcome. The receptionist does not pick the phone, etc. Something must be done with those incompetent personnel. It is a shame for our Embassy and RSA.

I have had a very bad experience with the office in Bujumbura, and find the staff employed there unable to do their work competently. I have asked to see my Ambassador and still waiting a response! Communication is extremely bad.
