Hi there, I would just like to know what are the requirements for the obtention of the study permit.
My daughter is in Brazzaville and I want her to came and study here in south africa for 2 years.

Living in South Africa (Johannesburg) for 11 years, I have 2 kids both born in Johannesburg. After separated with there are mother, for so many reason, I left jozy since 2010 back in Congo. But the last time I been in jozy, the mother of my kids left. I have to stay with kids for 6 months in doing what mother supposed to do for children. So I spend more days than the visa stipulated and on my way back the home affaires authority charge me a penalty of rand 3500. Actually kids are crying and want to see me. What can I do, paying those penalty and air ticket, so how much I have to bring them? They are suffering with their mother. We are three adult south Africans having had to leave Central Africa republic late last night as our lives may have been threatened should we have remaind.
Currentyly we are in Rep Congo at Bomassa in the north Illigally without Visas, and we would like your Assistance in obtaining emergency tvisias or something similer so we can proceed as fast as possible to Brazzavile to get a flight To south Africa.
We do not nee Financial assistance at all, simply assistance with the formalities for passing though Congo as quickly as possible.
