Follow-up.
To all.

A control of qualification is required about Mr "Dr" Aime Callixte Bakundukize.he claims to have completed a medical degree in Europe,Germany. He must be on a warrant of arrest. It is suspected that he forged his degree, bogus Doctor.
A feedback might have been sent but I didn`t get any response personally.he is a criminal in nature.

change south africa
I lived in south Africa for almost nine year.just to renew my permit they refused.I had no criminal records,am responsible even doing voluntary works among the street people and the abused children and women, teaching the locals vocational training still they don't consider all these.I paid they send back my application that I have to add another I still pay the second time still they denied me.I left the country with frustration. I still have one of the receipt in my hand for proof.i don't know when they will have change of attitude.is a terrible country to live though, some of them are good people but majority of them treat foreigners like unwanted baggage from office to office is so glaring.is a country where they kill the messenger and reject the message and no human feeling at all.stealing and killing has no meaning to them.people who love them are not welcome but the crooks always get what they wanted.

This is the face South Africa shows the world???
I applied for a visa for SA. The website gives a list of documents needed, and that the application COULD take UP TO 8 weeks. 5 weeks later they ask for additional documents not listed on the website. The site also says to call with application number ANY TIME, yet when I call they are so rude and hang up the phone. I had to book a flight before applying, and with a 2 weeks to go I am still not sure whether I can get the visa, and can't even get an answer whether I can even get my passport back. MY passport, property of GERMANY.
Who can I call for decent assistance?

They are SA AMBASSADORS?
whats wrong with these people? Have they adopted the german culture ? oR THEY THINK TOO MUCH OF THEMSELVES? People forget that they are employed to help other people.....obviously they should have people skills to work and treat others with some decorum. They GIVE OUR COUNTRY A BAD IMAGE!!!!!

Maybe they should be reported ....but to who?

south africa service rude everywhere
It's not only in German, consular of South Africa in USA is the same rude. I need a transit visa of South Africa for a trip to Botswana, only a transit visa , not even need to enter the country!!! And I applied more than Two weeks ago. I called them , they never pick up the phone!! It says 5 days processing online!!!WTF!!! And finally she answered the phone, says it's in processing. So I called the next day to check, she said:" We have talked yesterday, you tell me what I said to you yesterday?" exactly the words!! I said you told me it's in processing. She said: "So it's in processing , why you call again? " I was shocked by this , but I still try to be polite. I said my trip is in upcoming days, and I am so sorry to bother you. She said" I am glad you know you a bothering me!!"
I only told with her two times, even though it took me at least 30 times call to get someone answer it.
It's her job for god sake!!!!!!!!!!
I asked her if she need my email address so she can inform me the updates so I don't have to call all the time. By the way, the email address list on the website , you can never delivery any email to, That's why I have to call them. She said no need of my email she will make sure they send my passport back in this week. It's Wednesday today and my trip is on Monday next week.
Even if she said so, by the service attitude, I really doubt that I can get my passport back in time. All I can do now is to make wishes it will be back by the end of this week.
Unbelievable!!
