My wife and I hold an Iraqi passports, managing a humanitarian organization in Iraq, were invited to a conference in South Africa. We were directed by your website to apply for the visa in Beirut. We applied on Monday 16th May 2016, with all needed documents + paying $200. After waiting for 9 days your office in Beirut informed us that we should reapply from Jordan!
Can anyone kindly tell us who will pay for this mistake, flight tickets + 9 days waiting in Beirut, for two people + paying $200 for visa fees?
