I am an American citizen. I needed papers certified for travel to South Africa. The US Embassy charges $50 per stamp. The South African Embassy charges $0. A friendly environment is found at this Embassy. It was a little tricky to find, but now I know where it it.
Jordanians can get a visa at the airport. Love the ease of travel between the two countries because of this.
