Worried Visa Applicant
So... I am a student of University of South Africa.
I am through with my PhD studies and will be graduating on 1st April.
I applied for visitor's visa since Feb 28th at Abuja Office and till now there is no feedback.
The sad thing is that, it appears there is no hope because all I have been reading/hearing about is sad news of visa delays and denials.

The thoughts of missing my PhD graduation is very incredibly hurtful.
Now that I should be celebrated for 4years of hard work, SA home office seems unresponsive!

Sad!

S.A. wickedness on Visa delay
This is a pure wickedness from S.A. to Nigerians by delaying their visas issuance and refuse to release their passports. If it was backlogs as you claim, why are you still collecting new applications? Why dont you stop collecting and process the applications already submitted.

If it was other countries that treated south african citizens like this, south africa will react. But I do not fully blame you for your wickedness, I blame Nigerian government who cannot fight and defend its citizens. Nigeria government cannot react to this nonsense from S.A. embassy and S.A. embassy has noticed this flaw from Nigerian government and they now taking advantage of that to maltreat Nigerians.

We spending money, time and resources to your country, yet you don't appreciate but mistreating Nigerians with their money. Very wrong and it is pure wickedness.

Visa Issue
I solemnly think that South Africa does not want Nigerians anymore in there country that's why they usually delay ur visa time. At the end they will tell u that your purpose of visiting South Africa have passed. I think is high time Nigeria government should start cutting there ties with South Africa. South Africa makes most of there living from Nigeria, so why the harsh treatment of Nigerians huh
