Dear Dr. Stefen Schultz , Ambassador
Top Urgent

Hello,

First of all, I appreciate for all of your effort in embassy in Tehran.

As you know well, Austrian embassy has extra duty a bout issue visa for people that decide to go to Slovenia.

For this reason, your embassy officers also dear counselor has so busy time in work period and some time did a few mistakes in their tasks.

Actually, I would like to introduce myself :

I am Dr. seyed taher alavy namvar is formal employee for social security organization with 19 years experience and also I am Gymnastics International coach & Judge for 20 years...I have had more than 8 times schengen Visa - 3 times to japan ,.....in recent years.

For my sport international position that I have in Olympic sport level, I have to go 2-3 times for any international events each year.

Recently, On august 2017, I had international event in Switzerland and in all times I got my VISA without any problem.

I am preparing for next Tokyo 2020 Olympic games and compulsory must to participate in 3 FIG events at least every year.( Federation Internationale de Gymnastics )

This time, I received a formal invitation letter with my family from Slovenian Gymnastic federation to participate in their event as Judge.

We came to your embassy to receive our Visa but after 1 month's effort with very bad dealing with us from your officers that I am so afraid about their behaviours.

Without any interview with us they received our documents and in 2 times they got some errors for our documents that seems that they have not so much attention to our documents.because kind of questions and errors show us that your officer did not read our documents without focus in our travel aim.

It is better to say that , Our sport competition will held in MAribor ( slovenia ) on 19-21 Oct. 2017.

It is mean that we need to have Schengen Visa for Slovenia , Not for Austria. Our accommodation reserved by Hotel in Slovenia from Host federation.

We have not decide to stay in Austria that unfortunately your embassy officer 3 times asked questions about our hotel in Austria.

This kind of questions show that your officers study our files or documents by neglect ( Vernachlässigung - Unverantwortlich )..

Finally , your embassy Negative answer to us hurt to my personal position in the sport world and destroyed my National and private dignity. ( Nationale Würde )

I have a request of you, Please review all of our documents that gave to your embassy for issue of our VISA ,So we have to participate in this event and only time is less than 1 week .

Our departure is 17. Oct 2017 and have a request to issue our VISA..

1 ) SeyedTaher Alavy Namvar

2 ) SeyedSobhan Alavy Namvar

3 ) Mansoureh Golmeymi

Best kind

Dear Sir;
when the visa section of Slovenia embassy will be active? I have an invitation letter from Slovenia, during July till September, and the Austria embassy informed me that due to high season, all appointments have been booked long before. The earliest appointment for a Visa is October.
