I've been trying to get in contact with an officer from the Slovenian Consulate but to no avail since last week. Could you pls return my call on 9028 4110 as I need a Slovenian/ schengan visa to travel out on 27 Sept 2013.

My name is Sahasika Prabaswara. I am an undergraduate student in Faculty of Economics and Business of Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. First of all, I'd like to inform that I am accepted in Erasmus Mundus Programme (Lotus II Project) in University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. And I want to ask something, Could I apply visa to Slovenia through Slovenian Embassy in Singapore? If it is possible, what are the requirements? What should I prepare?
