During a recent trip at Korea, our Korea tour guide recommended the above product. So I bought it which cost about S$90. I find that it does not work well on front load washing machine. The clothes are not clean. I have been trying very hard to get help, by email to the company( no reply). What should I do?

DEAR SIR, GOOD DAY TO YOU. I AM A BANGLADESHI CITIZEN.I WAS A POLITICAL MAN IN BANGLADESH. I THINK YOU BETTER KNOW ABOUT PRESENT SITUATION OF BANGLADESH.I WAS A FULL MEMBER OF BANGLADESH JAMAAT-E-ISLAMI. NOW MAXIMUM LEADER & WORKER INCLUDING OUR PRESIDENT,FORMER PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT,SECRETARY GENERAL & OTHERS IN JAIL. PRESENT GOVERMENT. AWAMI LEAGUE, HAVE BEEN DOING INJUSTICE PRESECUTION AGAINST OUR PARTY. GOVT. ISSUED FALSE & LIE CASE AGAINST OUR LEADER. BEFORE I TRAVELLED ABOUT 20 COUNTRIES. BUT I LIKE SINGAPORE.
