After we spoke, I consulted a lawyer n also a Debt Collector.
None of them was able to help. The Business Manager for FEFA GROUP Syed Abu Thahir an Indian ran back to India without his passport. Whn we approach his Kafil Mr Khalid; he waa shocked as Syed's passport was still with Mr Khalid.

Dear Sir
I am a Singaporean -- I have paid to open a company here in Jeddah.
My saudi kafil has disappeared and people here are cheating my money.
What should I do?
I was told in Jeddah you cant report to the Police nor get a lawyer cos the Saudis or People in Jeddah will just say they dont have money and they wont pay us.
I am a Singaporean and we dont cheat people.
I am now in Jeddah to get my money back but they are not paying.
Under International Law; dont I have any rights?
