I wish to obtain visit visa for singapore
for a week intend to travel during first week of August 2011 how can I get visa I am leaving in Kuwait and there is no Singapore Embassy in Kuwait.

im a holder of a long term pass vaild until august 2011 , i got to travel to kuwait this month to finish some work and im supoosed to travel back on thursday 13 april , am i allowed to use the long term pass to travel back from kuwait ? thank you
