We are Sierra leonean living in Tripoli trying to return back home but our embassy is no longer here how can you help us as citizens?

Require Help I am a Liberian, Living here in Tripoli for the past three months looking for my transportation back home but my country embassy is lockdown due to the war.
The first time i made attend to go back home by road I was check and put in jail where I spend one month at the end of the day we escape and I came back to Tripoli to regenerate transportation to go back home.
I was recommended to contact your embassy so U people can be a help to me by dropping me in Ghana and I will pay my way from there to go back home savely.
