Introduction from Consul Willis
Consul Antione,

I am a graduate student and researcher at the UCSD and a NSF IGERT Fellow at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. My area of research and study is juridical issues surrounding maritime piracy. I will be conducting ethnographic research in both Kenya and Seychelles from mid-July to early August of this year.

As noted in the email below, I was provided your name by Honorary Consul Willis of Seychelles, who along with Honorary Consul Green, responded to my request for assistance by providing the names of legal and other resources to assist in my research and stay in Seychelles.

Prior to visiting Seychelles, I will be visiting the UNODC-CPP offices and the University of Nairobi Law School in Nairobi, and the courts and judicial personnel in Mombasa. I should arrive sometime between the 14th and the 16th of July (I will be traveling space available from San Diego, California, USA all the way through to Nairobi). I plan on staying in Nairobi and Mombasa until the 23rd or 24th of July. I was hoping that you will be able to provide the name and contact information for reasonably priced, yet convenient accommodations in Nairobi, and perhaps the same and/or a contact in Mombasa. Additionally, any information you can provide that will assist in my stay or in gathering legal research related to maritime piracy would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

YOUR CONTACTS DON'T WORK
To whoever it concerns:

Your telephone numbers as listed above do not work. This is worrying especially seeing that several people probably try to contact your consulate via the internet and are rendered unsuccessful
