Wanted to find out if I can get a visa from your embassy to visit kosovo as there is no embassy of kosovo in zambia and am zambian. If not, would you please advice me on which embassy or consulate I can apply for a kosovo visa. I thought of Serbia because it is near kosovo

Am saddened with the many phone calls I have made to the embassy which went unanswered. I made more than 10 calls starting as early as 8:30hrs today and non of the calls was answered. To matters worse, you have only one contact on your website.
please work on this as some matters we call for are urgent.
