Montenegro visa
I will visit Paris(Oct1-5)and will join Road Scholar ; a US not-for-profit Tour organizer, to visit Croatia(14days) and Montenegro(1day) during Oct. 7-19,2013.
I learn from the Internet that a Thai needs to apply for visa to enter Montenegro. Right now I am preparing the required documents to submit to you to process.
I do appreciate very much if you could help clarify the questions I have:

1)Do I air mail the required documents to the following address:
Serbia Embassy
Jl. H.O.S. Cokroaminoto No. 109, Menteng
Jakarta Pusat
Jakarta
10310
Indonesia
2) how much is the visa fee:-single entry?
3) how can I pay for the fee?, in Euro?
4) how long will it take to get a visa?

Looking forward to hearing from you

Best regards,

serbian visa
You may try the following but I would appreciate it if any Malaysian has applied for visa elsewhere say in the Balkan countries if you are already there. Flying to Jakarta is a hassle I guess..

Good luck
