Can u please be cind and tell me what my friend from egypt needs of documents to get serbian visa, tourist visa, and how long he wait to get it? Do he need an invitation letter from me? And does he need to buy airoplane ticket before he know if he got visa?

ON 3RD OF OCTOBER 2010 I WANTED TO PAY BELGRADE A VISIT AND I APPLIED THROUGH THE EMBASSY IN CAIRO I DID EVERY THING THEY ASKED FOR ( MY PAPER WORK WAS ALSO ACCEPTED THE SAME YEAR IN THE RUSSIAN EMBASSY IT WAS ALMOST THE SAME PAPER WORK YOU ASKED FOR ) I,M BUSINESS OWNER IN EGYPT AND IN USA (ABTEC CONSTRUCTION IN CAIRO EG. AND CLUB RA LL,C IN U.S.A ) THE WAY THE YOU DEAL WITH MATTERS IS A LITTLE BACKWARD I HAVE TWO PASSPORTS ONE U.S AND ONE EGYPTIAN I HAD APPLIED AS AN EGYPTIAN CITIZEN TO VISIT YOUR COUNTRY I HAVE A FRIEND OF MINE WAS GOING TO MEET OVER THERE 1- I PROVED MY ASSETS IN EGYPT WHICH WORTH MORE THAN ASSETS OF ANY TYPICAL PERSON OR EVEN MORE THAN WHAT YOU DEMAND TO HAVE TO BASE YOUR OPINION ON A GIVING A VISA MAKING LONG STORY SHORT I WAS REJECTED AS AN EGYPTIAN CITIZEN!!! BUT THE WEIRD THING I WENT TO YOUR WONDERFUL NICE COUNTRY WITHOUT EVEN APPLYING I TOOK MA VISA IN THE AIRPORT WITH MY AMERICAN PASSPORT THAT WAS 2010 BUT THE THING I UNDERSTAND NOW THAT YOUR PROVED TO ME THE MISTREATING OF EGYPTIAN NATIONALITY ANY WAY I WENT THERE HAD FUN AND CAME HOME AND NOW SIR I HAVE TO TELL YOU I WROTE A COMPLAIN OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE EGYPTIAN FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTRY AND ALSO IN THE HUMAN RIGHTS IN U.S.A HOPE YOU BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR DISCRIMINATING BEHAVIOR AND I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THATS WHY U STILL AND WILL BE PART OF THE BACKWARD WORLD HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK AND GUESS WHAT!!! I STILL CAN GO WHEN EVER I LIKE WITH MY AMERICAN PASSPORT !!!!!!!
hi my brother an egyptian now works in the Arab Emirates with the Emirates Airlines as part of the cabin crew. unfortunately, ur country does not have an embassy in the Arab Emirates. he has all the requirements of a tourist visa 2 ur country but he will have to come and get it from ur embassy in egypt. the question is what is the shortest time to get the visa bcoz he will be coming specifically for the visa and cant stay long. thank u
