Why cant my friend living in Italy since 2002 renew his senegalese passport by the ambassad of Senegal
Dear Mr/Mrs!
Im writing to you concerning my friend who is living in Itgaly since 2002 and has a admission to stay in Italy. he has a daughter and has been married to a italian woman. Why cant he renew his senegalese passport in Italy, byu the ambassad? In Milan the consul is telling him, he has to go back to senegeal to identify himself through their new id-card - electronic. But he can alreadu identifie himself - he is citisen of senegal, has a passport, even if its old and a daughter - in Italy. He is the father and can show documents for the fathership. please, let me understand. Kind regards Angelica
