I want advice.
I have written a woman from Senegal refugee camp, she asks for help. She has heritage, but as a refugee is not entitled to receive it. Is it? I suspect that it is a fraud. Please answer me. My e-mail bgz@inbox.lv

IVORIAN REFUGEE IN DAKAR REFUGEE CAMP
I have a similar situation to the ones im reading on this site. A young lady claiming to be daughter of a deceased wealthy Ivorian politician is requesting assistance to have a lot of money be transfered into my bank acc so that she can access it and start a busness. Whats strange is that she refused to give any info abt any of her Ivorian friends or relatives. Can the embassy shed some light on this? The stories look very similas and the 'refugee' girls descptions ard also similar. The name Olive is also similar tho wth diferent email addresses.

A friend from a refugee camp is asking for my assistance.
I also have received such an e-mail from someone who claims to be in Senegal, Dakar. She also has her inheritance that she wouldn't want the state or the bank to take it away and according to her, she would like me to assist her come out of Senegal to South Africa, to pursue her studies and start a new life with me but I find it strange, when I look at the pics that she has sent to me, she doesn't look like she is having some sort of hard times or sort of difficulties. She doesn’t look at all like someone who is in a refugee camp. She looks so beautiful, I must say, gorgeous or dazzling to be exact. She looks like she has been curved by angels. She is an angel herself. She looks amazingly beautiful. In short, the lady is beautiful.
Now, another thing that I have noticed, looking at her pics, the background looks the same; it’s all white sort of sheets. There’s nothing like furniture or surroundings or other people passing by. It’s confusing and it makes me feel like someone or some people are up to no good. It looks like someone is playing us here and how would I know for sure if she is who she says she is?
So, I would highly appreciate if we could hear it from the Senegalese Embassy’s perspective. South Africans are very soft hearted and are always willing to assist wherever possible. So if this is true, let the Embassy of Senegal confirm these himself or herself and I believe that my fellow South Africans including myself would gladly assist wherever possible.

How's the situation in Dakar, Senegal?
it seems like we all have the same experiences regarding these Senegalese ladies in a refugee camp, they all have monies left by their "late" fathers and wanna come to south africa to start a new life and study here. She gave me the numbers, I phoned and spoke to her. Lol. She couldn't tell me anything that made sense. Is just that the stories they tell makes you feel sorry and really wanna help them. So fellow south be careful. And I urge the senegalese government do something about it. And remeber their emails are similar and their stories too.
