Hello,I am senegalese.I have been in the USA for 1 year and half.my passport expired this month.what is the best way to renew it?
My mom, a Gambian, has a US refugee travel document. She intends to visit family in both Senegal, does she need a Senegalese entry visa and if so where would the application be processed: she resides in Pennsylvania. How long does it take? it’s very urgent.
This consulate is very good and attentive contrary to what I'm reading.they take are of the citizens as myself in very timely manners. Great job guys and thanks for my passport
I visited the embassy in New York today, I was expecting some service after reading all this negative reviews but surprisingly there were very efficient, I was there maybe an hour and half.the guy who took my fingerprints, well he says a word to me, I figure he was trying to get me out of there fast and yes he did. I was out of there in now time... Thanks
I am proud to be from Senegal but my experience with the embassy is below average the service they provide does not reflect our values. I wanted to apply for a new passport and I was told, I had to go back to Senegal because my passport was no longer valid. I do not have an ID but I do have my old passport my consulaire id, a birth certificate. I was told I needed to go back to Senegal to renew my passport That being said we all know the country is corrupted. It is very sad to see what we are doing to each other. my father has been sick and I cannot go home because of politic. I wonder if the government visit the site to read these comments. The system need to change we are being held hostage in a the US please help us.
They don't even have a voicemail! The phone just rings. At least by operating in the U.S. you can learn the minimum best practices in running an office!
I have been calling the consulate all day to make an enquiry, I keep getting transferred and nobody picks up.I tried different extensions and still no answer. It's very unprofessional for a consulate general's office. I still haven't spoken to anyone in the office
