I WANT TO KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE.
About four months ago, a lady sent me message to confirm her in my facebook account as a friend and i did exactly as she requested. we always chat on face book a share jokes together. later she asked me to give her my yahoo account an i did then she sent me a long story about the family who was destroyed in the recent Liberian war but she went to school before the accident happened and when she was later told, she fled with the friends father who is a business man to Senegal where she is now a refugee at camp Ambakuda in Dakar Senegal.
Her name is LINDA OMINI. she later asked me to help her to retrieve her fathers 3.5 million US dollars which he deposited at the ISLAMIC BANK OF BRITAIN.And if i help her to recover the money she will come to Ghana and meet me here to collect her money.i asked many of my friends if this story is true but no one seems to give me a tangible answer.
She sends me her pictures more often and we still chat online. She said she is a catholic and once am also a catholic when she come here then we further our education and later we get marry.
She later send me the bank address and when i contacted the bank, the bank said it is true the fund is lying there with them.and the bank asked me to provide oath of affidavit and international passport and power of attorney which all must be signed by a Senegalese lawyer since the girl is now a refugee in Senegal.
When i discuss this with the girl she gave me her lawyers contact to help me in the process. I contacted the lawyer (BARRISTER MALCOM WHEKOMA) as well and he asked me too provide 450 US dollars and everything will be taken care off. Please am afraid of scam. so i told the girl that i can't help her, then she pleaded with me to help her and if i like i should fined some money and come to CAMP AMBARKUDA in Senegal and see her so me and her Rev. father can discuss how we can help her leave there and go back to school. she later said she asked the rev. father to provide her with web camera so we can see each other if am doubting her. She gives me every address i ask from her and photographs as well. currently i have her picture in my album meanwhile we never met before. This her case is worrying my mind because she talks with faith and a heavy confidence that makes me strongly believe she need my help.
Please and please i want to know if the Senegal embassy in Ghana can help me find out how true this case is. Because even as am writing now she is still chatting with me on face book. below is my email: hopeacykle@yahoo.com
phone: 0249 41 66 02.

Beware of refugee saga!!!
I met one lady through facebook with a whirled name (yxdfdf) and a picture of a very beautiful lady. She then requested to know me afterwards she sent a lengthy mail, narrating how the whole family was murdered, huge amount of money deposited in a foreign bank with her name as the next of kin. She said she wanted to be my wife because I said I am a christian. To my amazement every phone number they provided corresponded with the country of origin. I felt so sorry for her and didn't know what to do, but kept on praying seriously for her. One lawyer she promise to work towards the realise of the fund demandered some money before performing the duty, man they nearly got me. Had it not been God I was on the way of securing a loan to help her out of the so called tragic situation. Nevertheless it affected me since I was preparing for my end of semester examination. So folks beware for these people are real and are looking for sympathetic fellows to devour. But I pray they will a change of heart for God still love them
