Dear Your Excellency Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Cameroon, I am Ninpiep Lawrence Nkamngang wishing you help me with an Arabian passport as soon as possible with a visa to snick me out to Saudi Arabia(UAE) for medical attention.! I have tried to have mine via the Emmi-immigration unit in our country,Cameroon to no avail for 4 years now! Sir,Bishop Bushu of Buea knows me. Tell him to push for me. I have taken the Cameroon police to court for it since last June 2012 but the court does not want to judge the case.!!!Sir I need your timely intervention.And you can as well send down a team of your official(s) to Muea in Buea to me for more inquiries!

I AM A 23 YEARS OLD CAMERRONIAN TRAINED CIVIL ENGINEER MALE, THE TECHNICAL CHIEF OF SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL, SOUTH WEST REGION, CAMEROON. IT WAS SAT TO DISCOVER AFTER FIVE MONTHS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE THAT ROYALTY IN THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY IS STILL IN RAGS (FAR FROM SATISFACTORY). IT WAS ON THIS DRAW BACK THAT THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL UNDER THE AUTHORISATION OF THE LORD MAYOR OF THE SAID COUNCIL AND WITH THE COLLABORATION OF THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE, INITIATED A STUDY THROUGH A ONE YEAR FOLLOW UP OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL ACTIVITIES IN THE TECHNICAL SERVICE. THIS STUDY WAS INTENDED TO GET THE FACTS, CONTEXT, FEELING AND PERSPECTIVE OF PEOPLE ON THE SITUATION OF TRADITIONAL CHIEFDOMS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY. IT WAS BASED ON THE FINDINGS MADE FROM THIS STUDIES THAT THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL PROPOSED THAT THE ONLY WAY THIS SITUATION CAN BE REVERSED TO THE NORMAL IS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SIXTY SIX PALACES FOR THE SIXTY SIX TRADITIONAL CHIEFDOMS IN THE MUNICIPALITY. EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL AND THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE ARE UNABLE IN THEIR OWN SMALL CAPACITY TO MATERIALISE THIS PROJECT. WE NEED AIDS AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. WITH A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LIKE THIS AT HAND, I WISH TO KNOW THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR ME TO OBTAIN A Saudi ArabiaN VISA, IN VIEW OF FUND RAISING FOR THIS PROJECT ABROAD, ATTEND SERMINARS ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ETC, BESIDES MY AUTHORISATIONS FROM THE LORD MAYOR OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL AND THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE, ON THE ABOVE EXERCISE.
