salam alikum I'm a libyan citizen studying in istanbul ,working in libya i'd like to know if i can apply for a 30 days working visa through the Saudi embassy in Istanbul . knowing that i have a resident permit here in turkey and i also have all the documents required to apply for the visa sent to me by the company in Saudi ,including a status letter issued from the company i work in libya .

Dear Brother,
I am Pakistani National working Libya since 30 years, well settled here in Benghazi with my family Wife with 6 Children's, I have to go Pakistan my annual leave by end of July 2011.
I and my Daughter's very much willing to Visit KABA Sharif (UMRA) could you kindly please grant us a Saudi Visa for Umra.
As everybody knows Libya situation especially Benghazi City is disconnected from Tripoli where exist all Embassies we could not go through Tripoli Saudi Embassy, only way I could apply through Saudi Embassy in Cairo Egypt, the only way where we can fly Cairo Egypt.
I hope you accept my request and grant me a UMRA visas with my all families, I shall pray for all Muslim Brother's. ((جزاك الله خير.
If my request accepted and got positive reply from you I will forward you all the required documents of my families such as; Passport copies and pictures.
