Dear Sir/Madam,
A person who has a 2years Shengen visa from France,can apply for a Haje Umra visa from the Netherlands? Because he will be for a long visit in the Netherlands and he would like to apply for the Umra visa from the Netherlands. So it means he will be visiting the Netherlands with his 2years Shengen visa and applying for a Haje Umra visa in the Netherlands, going to Saudi Arabia for Umra, retuning back to the Netherlands and after awhile leaving back to Afghanisan (original country).
