my brother has gone to Saudi Arabia for construction work as a mason through the agent from India. Now the agent has ceased and detained my brother's passport and visa without any reasons.in these circumstances where I lodge a complaint to bring back my brother.

The consultant(chennai) has send my HRD(Chennai) attested professional degree certificate(madras university) to Saudi culture embassy by second week of January but till now i do not get attested from Saudi MEA & Saudi culture embassy , new delhi.Can i know the time period to complete MEA & Culture attestation from Saudi embassy , new delhi and apart from that i want to know the time required for visa stamping process.
